You independently manage complex planning and construction projects in the field of technical building systems – with a focus on heating and cooling technology, especially for energy centers and local heating networks.
You take full responsibility across all project phases – from development, planning, tendering, and construction supervision to commissioning, handover to operations, and documentation (primarily service phases 3 to 9).
You conduct site inspections, organize planning meetings, prepare specifications and tender documents, and make well-founded decisions when selecting subcontractors.
You manage all project-related costs – including services provided by contractors and external service providers.
You provide technical leadership for a dedicated project team that actively supports you throughout project execution.
You have a completed degree in supply engineering, technical building systems, or a comparable field.
You have several years of solid experience in the design, planning, tendering, and site supervision of HVAC systems.
You bring knowledge in energy supply – particularly in the use of heat pumps in district developments – and are familiar with the basics of electrical engineering as well as measurement, control, and automation technology.
You are proficient in MS Office, MS Project, and ORCA, and you can quickly and independently familiarize yourself with new tools and software.
Even in demanding project phases, you keep an overview, work in a structured and focused manner, and know how to set the right priorities.
